Florida rapper Julio Foolio shot and killed at Tampa hotel, lawyer says

TAMPA, Fla. — Florida rapper Julio Foolio was shot and killed in a Tampa lodging parking area early Sunday morning.

His legal counselor, Lewis Fusco, affirmed his demise to Our News associate WTSP-television in Tampa.

Around 4:40 a.m., Tampa cops were shouted to a shooting revealed at the Occasion Motel Tampa North, where two vehicles were taken shots at, bringing about four individuals getting hit by gunfire, Tampa Police representative Jonee Lewis said at a news meeting.

One of the casualties was accepted to be Charles Jones, 26, yet police said his personality is forthcoming affirmation by the clinical inspector. As per WTSP, Jones is Foolio's lawful name.

Three others were harmed in the shooting.

Fusco let WTSP know that that Foolio was in Tampa to commend his birthday at an Airbnb yet was approached to leave since there were such a large number of individuals at the home. He then, at that point, went to the Occasion Hotel, where he was apparently trapped, Fusco told WTSP.

Foolio, who has more than 1 million devotees on Instagram, shared and advanced on his page that he was in Tampa for his birthday.

Lodging visitors were not emptied yet police were on the scene to help them if important, Lewis said.

Police are encouraging the general population to give any recordings or data they might need to help with the examination.

"Assuming you saw something or heard something any little detail can assist us with sorting out what happened today," Lewis said.
